Specifications

High quality and high purity Bamboo Tea Powder

Applications - As you may know, bamboo leaf has various benefits including natural preservative.  So, my idea for applications is to produce healthy food

at home, restaurant, and various food factory such as noodle, bread, choco snack, biscuit, kimchi, various source such as barbecue source, sambal, chilli source to add

preservative function and to add nutrient such as fiber, mineral, vitamin.   It doesn't have cafein. Meanwhile, green tea and red tea have cafein (briefly, green tea 20mg

and red tea is 30mg based on 120ml tea).  So, even paitents, old people and kids can enjoy it freely.   If a restaurant announces their tea is made of

100% organic bamboo tea from Korea or,  their food contains various mineral from organic bamboo leaf or, put a poster showing benefits of bamboo leaf,

their image will be healthy and they can sell bamboo tea bag in their restaurant, too.    100% flour noodle is not so good for health because it's a kind of carbohydrate lump

and people is easily fatten up.   As you know, bamboo leaf tea can be used for anti-obesity food because it contains rich fiber, necessary minerals espcially 'Cr'.  If a person doesn't have Cr in his/her body, the body fat is hardly dismantled even though they do aerobic exercise hard.    Natural coloring field, too.   We mix 0.2% of bamboo leaf powder in our bamboo

salt soap manufacturing to be colored.  Therefore, for natual coloring purpose, 0.2~0.5% mixing rate is enough accordingly to my test result.

In our pH & ORP test result of bamboo leaf tea, pH 7.04 and ORP is -70mV.   Various mineral aside, it's quite healthy food material.

Another point is, all fried food must contain acrylamide(one of carcinogen and bad effect<toxin> to our nervous system).  Bamboo leaf can remove acrylamide.  If you sink

in any food(potato, meat, etc.) in bamboo leaf tea or bamboo leaf infused water for a while then, fry it, you can expect to reduce acryamide significantly.  So, I use bamboo leaf powder

to most of fried food, home-made source such as dressing, and kimchi.   I didn't hear any other plant can remove acrylamide so far.

In future, if you want to start Kimchi business, I may use bamboo leaf powder so that people can enjoy the fresh taste for a long time.   Since pH of Kimchi is hardly going

to acid side, the taste and chewing feeling are different and fresh.  Then, will name it 'Korean Bamboo Kimchi'.

So, 'no cafein', 'natural & healthy coloring', 'Various mineral such as Cr', 'rich fiber', 'natural preservative', 'anti-obesity food', 'anti-fat food', 'anti-hypertension food' can be main marketing points of it.   It's my reply to your question before.    Most of data I have are in Korean language so, it's useless to send you.   Dr.Paul Haider's article is attached again for your remider.
